Established in 1861 we have been providing a property management service in Herne Bay and the surrounding districts ever since.

We currently manage over 350 properties in the district and pride ourselves on a service that is personal yet professional, taking great care to understand the needs of the Landlord and the Tenant.

We require completed application forms (these are available for collection from our office) and the set-up fee prior to securing any property. Once references, status and credit checks have been obtained these will be forwarded to the landlord for approval. Subject to the credit checks the Landlord may request guarantors & an additional insurance policy be taken out at the Tenants expense (currently 4% of the rent or a minimum of £10.50 per month)
